Description: PDS Hospitality hire NOISE™ to design and assist in opening a second restaurant (after the success of the Sushi Azabu renovation). Their new restaurant - Kawabun is located in Midtown Manhattan on 38th & Park. This renovation is a two-part renovation - we are renovating the ground floor and giving it a lounge vibe then renovating the top floor at a later date.

My process for designing the restaurant:
Step 1: Develop a distinct concept type for the overall space
Step 2: Create words for how I would like the space to look and feel
Step 3: Create a mood board for the overall space as a cohesive group
Step 4: Mood Board out each individual room, moment, and touch point
Step 5: Sketch the space - combined the mood board inspiration and current bones
Step 6: Render out the sketches to look and feel like the mood board
